Once it's official, you'll complete your prep work before our project start date. This consists of gathering all the content + information we'll need for your project. Don't worry, we'll guide you through the process. Then, the magic begins.

Not only does this questionnaire help us get to understand your business, it also helps you narrow in on the exact clients and offerings you want to provide.
We'll use this brand questionnaire to put together a mood board for your brand.

Once you're happy with the mood board, we’ll start working on logo concepts.
We generally send around three to five ideas for you to choose from.
We'll work through several rounds of refinements on the logo files before we prep final files for web, print and more.

As we move on to the website, we’ll send over an outline of each page to help you gather images and content in an organized manner.
We know content gathering can be one of the toughest parts of putting together a website so we try to break it down into easy-to-digest parts.
We use this time to guide you through the process of pulling together a website.

Once we have your content, we’ll start working through your site page by page.
We'll input your brand elements + content into the pages of your website and send it over for feedback.
Generally, once the homepage is done the rest of the site flows a bit faster, as the homepage determines the general look and feel of your design.

Once your final balance is paid, we’ll move your design to your account for final testing. The actual launch will look a little different depending on your platform, but we’ll make sure all of your blog posts are migrated from your current site and that your site is thoroughly tested before your official launch.
While you can always come back to us for updates, we'll send over videos to teach you how to update each section of your site. We’ll also add you to our private Facebook Community to make sure you stay up to date on all things web.

Upon completion of our application, we'll review your goals, vision, and requirements to develop a tailored proposal for you. Additionally, we can arrange an optional curiosity call to address any questions you may have.
If you're ready to proceed, you can reserve your spot on our design calendar and make your deposit.
Submit Your Application
The application
After you book, we'll guide you through the process of gathering and creating all of the content and information for this project with our easy to follow process. As a bonus, we include a website content outline to help you come up with your website copy (the information on your website).
All The Details
Based on your questionnaire responses and content submission, we'll craft a mood board to ensure we are on the same page about your vision before diving into design. After approval, on days 1-2, we will begin designing your logos and by the end of day 3, we will have prepared for you a mini brand guide with all of your brand colors, logos and font selections. You'll have one revision and once approved, we will move on to your website.
On day 4, we will customize your template homepage and send it over for your approval by the end of day 5. You'll have the opportunity to request one revision round if necessary and then we will customize the rest of the website.
Building your brand & website
After we have made sure you are absolutely in love with every detail, we will launch your website and deliver all of your final files through your download folder.
We will be there every step of the way to ensure a successful launch. We will provide you with Showit Support and launch graphics to celebrate your new brand identity and website. Get ready to pop the champagne and enjoy a new sense of passion and purpose with endless opportunities ahead!
